Warranty Replacement Information:
LIMITED 1 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Vertical Vision guarantees Belāggles belay glasses to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original buyer for one year from the shipping delivery date. If the Belāggles belay glasses become defective within 1 year from the shipping delivery date, Vertical Vision will repair or replace the glasses. This warranty gives specific legal rights to you and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations to the product. This warranty does not cover discoloration or damage to the surface caused by misuse, scratches, or extreme temperature changes. A Vertical Vision representative will examine the returned item(s) upon return and determine if replacement is warranted. This process may take up to 10 business days.
** Vertical Vision is unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for Warranty Returns. Vertical Vision will ship replacement items under warranty free of charge to the customer, within the United States, using basic ground shipping.

Non-Warranty Return Information:
30 DAY SATISFACTION POLICY
If you purchased your Belāggles on www.belaggles.com and, for any reason, you are unhappy with the Belāggles you ordered, you can return them within 30 days from the shipping delivery date and we will refund you the purchase price plus any applicable tax. Conditions apply.
In order to process your return, please help us in ensuring your return meets the requirements shown below.
Requirements for a Full Refund
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories in new condition
- Vertical Vision will be unable to provide a full refund if the above requirements are not met upon receipt and assessment of returned items.
- Vertical Vision will provide a Prepaid Return Shipping Label in the event that an incorrect item is received by the customer.
- Vertical Vision is unable to provide Prepaid Shipping Labels for items that are ordered, delivered, unwanted, and returned. This inlcudes items ordered with unwanted color option and returned for purposes of exchange.
- The 30 DAY SATISFACTION POLICY only applies to products purchased at retail on www.belaggles.com or at retail directly from Vertical Vision LLC. If you have purchased your Belāggles from a partner retailer, please refer to their product return policy.

** If you are filing a Warranty Return claim and you purchased your Belāggles from a partner retailer, please put the retailer's company/website name in the Order Number field.
During the return or replacement process, we may request more information to help expedite your request.
** EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange your Belāggles for another set with a different color, please return your Belāggles (per the 30 DAY SATISFACTION POLICY) and order a new pair of Belāggles with your desired color option.
